Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Earl Street, from Nichols Street to Renton Avenue; Risedorph Avenue, from Earl Street to Fergus Street; Ravine Avenue from Fergus Street to the north line of A. H. Clambey's 1st Addition to Dunlap's Plat; Renton Avenue from Earl Street to Avenue "T", and Avenue "T" from Renton Avenue form Earl Street to Avenue "T", and Avenue "T" from Renton Avenue to Fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by laying water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 2083 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
