Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block 128, A.A. Denny's Broadway Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley from Spring Street to Seneca Street and between Summit Avenue and Boylston Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 36609; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter And Ordinances Of The City Of Seattle.
