Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block Thirty-nine (39), Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 6, to the City of Seattle, being the alley from East Aloha Street to East Prospect Street and between Nineteenth Avenue North and Twentieth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by gradng the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 2086 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
