Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Interlake Avenue and Interlake Avenue produced, from North Thirty-ninth Street to North Forty-third Street; Ashworth Avenue and Ashworth Avenue produced, from North Thirty-ninth Street to North Forty-third Street; and North Forty-third Street, from Stone Way to Woodlawn Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 2050 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
