Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-third Avenue South from Grand Street to Hanford Street; Harris Place, from Bayview Street to Hanford Street; Twenty-fourth Avenue South from Grand Street to Bayview Street; College Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Walker Street from Rainier Avenue to Twenty-fourth Avenue South; Twenty-fifth Avenue South, from Atlantic Street to Bayview Street; and Bayview Street from Twenty-third Avenue South to Twenty-fourth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, blush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 2068 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
