Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-seventh Avenue South, from Massachusetts Street to Bayview Street; Twenty-sixth Avenue South, from Atlantic Street to Massachusetts, Street; and Bayview Street, from Twenty-seventh Avenue South to Twenty-sixth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of sid district, in accordance with Resolution No. 2067 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
