Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Weedin Place, from East Sixty-ninth Street to East Sixty-fifth Street; Eighth Avenue Northeast from East Sixty-fifth Street to Ravenna Boulevard; East Sixty-sixth Street, East Sixty-seventh Street, East Sixty-eighth Street and East Sixty-ninth Street, each from Brooklyn Avenue to Weedin Place, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and draining of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1955 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
