Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Woodlawn Avenue from North Sixty-fifth Street to Ravenna Boulevard; Chapin Place, Sunnyside Avenue, First Avenue Northeast and Second Avenue Northeast, each from North Sixty-fifth Street to Woodlawn Avenue; Latona Avenue from East Sixty-fifth Street to Second Avenue Northeast; Fourth Avenue Northeast, from East Sixty-fifth Street to Woodlawn Avenue, and Hillman Place, from East Sixty-fifth Street to Woodlawn Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances for the proper sewering and draining of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1954 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
