Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Brintnall Place, lying to the north of the Northern Pacific right of way, extending from Ninth Avenue Northeast to Fourteenth Avenue Northeast, all in The City of Seattle, by grading, curbing and planking the same to the full width, in accordance with Resolution No. 2149 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
