Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of West Forty-fourth Street, across lots nineteen (19), twenty (20) and twenty-one (21), block one (1), in Plat of the Lottie Tract, all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
