An Ordinance accepting the certificate of the Secretary of State of the United States of America as to the enactment of an Act entitled "An Act to grant to The City of Seattle, in the State of Washington, certain rights of way for sewer and street purposes through and along the military reservation of Fort Lawton, Washington, and through the reservations for the Lake Washington Canal".
