Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Dearborn Street, from Sixth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Rainier Avenue, from Jackson Street to Atlantic Street; Ninth Avenue South, from Dearborn Street to Norman Street; Tenth Avenue South, from Dearborn Street to Judkins Street; Charles Street and Plummer Street, each from Ninth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South; Sixth Avenue South, from Dearborn Street to Massachusetts Street; Seattle Boulevard, from Sixth Avenue South from the north to Sixth Avenue South from the south; Seattle Boulevard, from the north line of Masschusetts Street; Eighth Avenue South, from Atlantic Street to Massachusetts Street; Ninth Avenue South, from the south line of Massachusetts Street from the west to the north line of Massachusetts Street from the east; Atlantic Street, from Oriental Avenue to Eighth Avenue South; Massachusetts Street, from Oriental Avenue to Ninth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regarding the same, and providing for the construction of a steel bridge sixty-six (66) feet in width on Twelfth Avenue South over Dearborn Street; and providing for the reconstruction of all water mains now existing in said district, and the construction of all necessary temporary sewers; and providing for the construction of a temporary trestle east of Twelfth Avenue South, between Lane Street and Charles Street, all in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; and providing for the payment of said improvement by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle; and providing that seven and one-half (7 1/2) per cent of the total cost of said improvement shall be borne by and paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle, and providing for the issuance of warrants therefor.
