Title

An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 1861, for the improvement of Sixth Avenue Northeast, from Northlake Avenue to East Forty-fifth Street; and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues therein named, all in the City of Seattle, by attaching fire hydrants, with necessary appurtenances, to the existing water mains, under Ordinance No. 19421, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
