Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from Broad Street to one hundred (100) feet south of the south margin of University Street, by planking and replanking, piling and repiling, where necessary, and constructing and reconstructing all necessary approaches, in accordance with Resolution No. 2065 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
