Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Interlake Avenue from North Forty-sixth Street to North Fifty-fifth Street; North Forty-sixth Street, North Forty-seventh Street, North Forty-eighth Street and North Forty-ninth Street, each from Meridian Avenue to Midvale Avenue; North Fiftieth Street from Corliss Avenue to Midvale Avenue; North Fifty-first Street, North Fifty-second Street North Fifty-third Street and North Fifty-fourth Street, each from Keystone Place to Interlake Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and draining of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1959 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
