Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Fifty-fifth Street from Meridian Avenue to East Green Lake Boulevard; Pinellas Place, from North Fifty-fifth Street to East Green Lake Boulevard; Woodlawn Avenue from North Fifty-fifth Street to North Fifty-seventh Street; Kenwood Place, from North Fifty-fifth Street to East Green Lake Boulevard; Woodlawn Avenue from North Fifty-seventh Street to a point three hundred (300) feet east of Kenwood Place; Wallingford Avenue from North Fifty-fifth Street to Woodlawn Avenue, and Canfield Place from North Fifty-fifth Street to Wallingford Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and draining of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1960 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
