Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the south half of Weller Street, from Sixth Avenue South to Maynard Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by the constructing of a bridge twenty-one (21) feet in width with a twelve (12) foot walk, in accordance with Resolution No. 2009 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
