Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of King Street, from Ninth Avenue South to Twelfth Avenue South, and Tenth Avenue South, from King Street to Weller Street, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same with a plank roadway forty-two (42) feet in width, with a twelve (12) foot walk on each side thereof, in accordance with Resolution No. 2010 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
