Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East and West Green Lake Boulevard, from North Seventy-seventh Street to North Sixty-fifth Street; North Sixty-sixth Street and North Sixty-seventh Street, each from West Green Lake Boulevard to Aurora Avenue; North Seventieth Street, from West Green Lake Boulevard to Fremont Avenue; North Seventy-first Street, from West Green Lake Boulevard to Fremont Avenue; North Seventy-second Street, from West Green Lake Boulevard to Aurora Avenue; provided, however, that the portion of East and West Green Lake Boulevard, from North Seventy-seventh Street to North Sixty-fifth Street improved will include only the sixty (60) feet on the upland side thereof, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, together with the necessary appurtenances for the proper drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 2021 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
