An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block Sixty-six (66), A. A. Denny's Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley from Pike Street to Pine Street, and between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue, all in The City of Seattle, by grading the same, in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 36499; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
