Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Broadway from the north line of Oakland Addition to the south line of Broadway Second Addition; Harvard Avenue North from the north line of Oakland Addition to East Howe Street; East Howe Street and East Blaine Street, each from Lakeview Avenue to Tenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks where necessary, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 36436; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
