An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Stevens Street, from Forty-fifth Avenue Southwest to Schmitz Boulevard; West Lander Street, from California Avenue to Forty-eight Avenue Southwest; Pritchard Street and Olga Street, each from Fifty-first Avenue Southwest to the west line of Hughes Addition to the City of Seattle, West Wait Street, from Forty-fourth Avenue Southwest to Fifty-second Avenue Southwest; Grayson Street, from Fiftieth Avenue Southwest to Fifty-second Avenue Southwest; Prince Street, from Fiftieth Avenue Southwest to Fifty-first Avenue Southwest; Niesz Court, from Forty-eighth Avenue Southwest to Fiftieth Avenue Southwest; West College Street, West Walker Street, West Hill Street and West Holgate Street, each from Sunset Avenue to Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest; Forty-fourth Avenue Southwest, from West Hanford Street to West College Street; Forty-fifth Avenue Southwest, from West Hanford Street to West Walker Street; Forty-sixth Avenue Southwest and Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest, each from West Stevens Street to West Walker Street; Forty-eighth Avenue Southwest, from West Stevens Street to West College Street, and from West Walker Street to Sunset Avenue; Forty-ninth Avenue Southwest, from West Lander Street to Neisz Court, and from West College Street to West Hill Street; Fiftieth Avenue Southwest, from West Lander Street to Sunset Avenue; Fifty-second Avenue Southwest, form Pritchard Street to the north line of Hughes Addition, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and cubing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1784 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
