Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Nineteenth Avenue Northwest and Twenty-first Avenue Northwest, each from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street; and Twentieth Avenue Northwest and Twentieth Avenue Northwest produced from Sloop Place to West Seventy-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1990 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
