Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue North, from Prospect Street to Highland Drive, all in the City of Seattle by grading, curbing and constructing cement sidewalks, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 36331 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
