Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Valley Street, from Howard Avenue to Boren Avenue; Aloha Street, from Howard Avenue to Minor Avenue; Roy Street from Fairview Avenue to Pontius Avenue; Harrison Street and Thomas Street, each from Minor Avenue to Fairview Avenue; Pontius Avenue from Roy Street to Mercer Street, Minor Avenue from Roy Street to Aloha Street, and Fairview Avenue from Denny Way to Aloha Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, by grading and curbing the same where necessary, and by constructing wooden crosswalks and providing for necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1941 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT THEREFOR BY THE MODE OF "PAYMENT BY BONDS," AS PROVIDED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND THE CHARTER AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE.
