Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ravenna Boulevard, from Brooklyn Avenue to the angle point near Ninth Avenue Northeast; the southwesterly forty (40) feet of Ravenna Boulevard between the angle point near Ninth Avenue Northeast and Woodlawn Avenue; and Ravenna Boulevard between Woodlawn Avenue and East Green Lake Boulevard, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same in a manner to per it the construction of roadways in a parking system and providing for the necessary surface and sub-drainage; provided, that the parking be not included in this improvement; in accordance with Resolution No. 1934 of THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT THEREFOR BY THE MODE OF "PAYMENT BY BONDS," AS PROVIDED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND THE CHARTER AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE.
