Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-seventh Street to a connection with the existing sewer six (6) feet south of south margin of East Forty-second Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing a sewer therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with such wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district in accordance with Resolution No. 1930 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
