Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Fifty-first Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to Eighth Avenue Northwest; West Forth-ninth Street and West Fiftieth Street, each from First Avenue Northwest to Ninth Avenue Northwest, Second Avenue Northwest from West Forth-eight Street to West Fifth Street; Maple Grove Place from West Fiftieth Street to West Fifty-second Street; Third Avenue Northwest and Eighth Avenue Northwest; each from West Forty-eighth Street to West Fifty-second Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for all necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1825 of the City Council of The City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
