Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Calhoun Street, East McGraw Street and East Lynn Street, each from Fifteenth Avenue North to a point one hundred eighty (180) feet east of Twenty-sixth Avenue North; Miller Street, from Nineteenth Avenue North to the East margin of Twenty-sixth Avenue North; Louisa Street, from the west margin of Twenty-eight Avenue North to Twenty-fifth Avenue North; Roanoke Street, from Twentieth Avenue North to the east margin of Twenty-fifth Avenue North; Sixteenth Avenue North and Eighteenth Avenue North', each from East Lynn Street to Calhoun Street; Nineteenth Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to Louisa Street; Twenty-second Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to Lake Washington Boulevard; East Montlake Place, as established by Ordinance No. 18517, from Louisa Street to Lake Washington Boulevard; Twenty-fourth Avenue North and Twenty-fifth Avenue North, each from East Lynn Street to Roanoke Street; and Twenty-sixth Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to Miller Street, all in City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and by constructing wooden stairways where necessary, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1943 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
