Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirtieth Avenue South from Judkins street to the south margin of All Around View Addition; Yakima Avenue from the north margin of Judkins Street to Atlantic street; Judkins Street from Twenty-ninth Avenue South to Thirtieth Avenue South; Irving Street and Day Street, each from Twenty-ninth Avenue South to Thirty-first Avenue South and Atlantic Street from Twenty-ninth Avenue South from the north to Thirty-first Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1981 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
