Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 7th Avenue Northwest, 6th Avenue Northwest, and 3rd Avenue Northwest, each from West 55th Street to West 65th Street; 8th Avenue Northwest from West 58th Street to West 60th Street; West 58th Street from the angle point between 1st Avenue Northwest and 3rd Avenue Northwest, to 8th Avenue Northwest; West 56th Street from 3rd Avenue Northwest to the center line of Section 12, Township 25 North, Range 3 East, W.M., all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1899 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
