Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 78th Street and East 79th Street, each from 5th Avenue Northeast to 10th Avenue Northeast; 5th Avenue Northeast, from East 77th Street to East 85th Street; and 8th Avenue Northeast from East 78th Street to East 79th Street; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, and by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1813 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
