Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 2nd Avenue Northwest and Murphy Place, each from West 60th Street to the north line of the Electric Motor Line Addition to the City of Seattle; North and West 72nd Street from Greenwood Avenue to 6th Avenue Northwest and West 67th Street, from 1st Avenue Northwest to 8th Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same and by constructing concrete sidewalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1880 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
