Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Palatine Avenue and 1st Avenue Northwest, each form North 60th Street to North 73rd Street; North 73rd Street, from Greenwood Avenue to 1st Avenue Northwest on the north; North 67th Street from Phinney Avenue to 1st Avenue Northwest; and Phinney Avenue from North 65th Street to North 70th Street; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1881 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
