Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Boylston Avenue North from East Newton Street to Roanoke Street; Franklin Avenue from East Newton Street to Roanoke Street; Harvard Avenue North from East Boston Street to Roanoke Street; North Broadway from East Boston Street to Roanoke Street; East Boston Street from Eastlake Avenue to Tenth Avenue North; East Lynn Street from Eastlake Avenue to Tenth Avenue North; Miller Street from Boylston Avenue North to Tenth Avenue North; Louisa Street from Eastlake Avenue to Boylston Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation and by constructing asphalt, concrete or brick gutters, concrete curbs with granite or armoured concrete corners, and including as a part of said work the construction, alteration or extension of concrete walks and such sewers and water mains, with their appurtenances, necessary for the proper drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district; provided, that where grades exceed eight (8) per cent, stone block pavement on a suitable concrete foundation may be used, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1902 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
