Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue South from the south margin of Junction Street to the north margin of Commercial Street, which will connect with the proposed bridge of the Oregon and Washington Railway Company, by the construction of a bridge 26 feet in width; the location of the bridge to be as follows: the west side of the bridge to be 2 feet from the west margin of 1st Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle all in accordance with Resolution No. 1877 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
