Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North and West 40th Street from Fremont Avenue to 3rd Avenue Northwest; Ross Place from Greenwood Avenue to 6th Avenue Northwest; North 41st Street from Fremont Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; West 42nd Street, from 2nd Avenue Northwest to 3rd Avenue Northwest; Sunset Place from North 42nd Street to 120 feet south of North 41st Street; 1st Avenue Northwest, from Bowdoin Place to Ross Place; 2nd Avenue Northwest from Bowdoin Place to West 42nd Street; Baker Avenue from Ross Place to West 42nd Street; 3rd Avenue Northwest from West Kilbourne Street to West 40th Street; and West Kilbourne Street from 1st Avenue Northwest to 3rd Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle by grading, regarding, and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1804 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
