Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Wilson Avenue from Graham Street to Holyoke Street, a roadway on the west side of blocks 9, 10, 11, 12, of Brighton Beach, an Addition to King County, and named on the plat of said addition as Wilson Avenue from Holly Street to Myrtle Street, by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 36141 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
