Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Whatcom Avenue in the City of Seattle, from the north line of the canal waterway to a connection with the existing bridge of Spokane Street, by constructing a pile bridge thereon 20 feet in width, center of bridge to be 26 feet east of west margin of the avenue, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1855 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
