An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Whitman Avenue, from North 59th Street to North 62nd Street; Linden Avenue from North 59th Street to North 61st Street; Aurora Avenue, from North 60th Street to North 63rd Street; West Green Lake Boulevard, from North 63rd Street to North 65th Street; Fremont Avenue, from North 59th Street to North 61st Street and from North 66th Street to North 68th Street; and as condemned by Ordinance No. 19257, form North 64th Street to North 65th Street; Dayton Avenue, from North 59th Street to North 65th Street; Evanston Avenue, from North 59th Street to North 65th Street; Dayton Avenue, from North 59th Street to North 68th Street; Yarmouth Place, from North 64th Street to North 65th Street; Greenwood Avenue from North 60th Street to North 65th Street; North 59th Street from Phinney Avenue to Whitman Avenue; North 60th Street, from Phinney Avenue to Whitman Avenue; North 61st Street, from Phinney Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; North 62nd Street, from Phinney Avenue to Whitman Avenue; North 63rd Street, from Greenwood Avenue to Aurora Avenue; North 64th Street, from Greenwood Avenue to Phinney Avenue; North 65th Street, from Dayton Avenue to Fremont Avenue; and as condemned by Ordinance No. 19257, from Fremont Avenue to West Green Lake Boulevard; North 66th Street, from Dayton Avenue to Fremont Avenue; North 67th Street, from Dayton Avenue to Aurora Avenue; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1886, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
