Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 22nd Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from East Olive Street to East Madison Street, by grading, curbing and constructing concrete sidewalks, sewers, and water mains, with all appurtenances necessary for the proper drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1871 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
