Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Newport Avenue from 38th Avenue to Grand Avenue; Grand Avenue from Newport Avenue to East Spring Street; Randolph Avenue from Norwood Place to East Columbia Street; and from East Marion Street to 37th Avenue; 38th Avenue from Norwood Place to a point 155 feet south of East Union Street; 39th Avenue from Wellington Avenue to East Columbia Street; East Columbia Street, from 37th Avenue to 38th Avenue; East Spring Street, from 38th Avenue from the south to Lakeside Avenue; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1870 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
