Introduced as Council Bill 7393

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Federal Avenue in the City of Seattle, from the north line of Lincoln Pontius Addition to East Prospect Street, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick, concrete or asphalt gutters and concrete curbs with granite or armored concrete corners and including as a part of said work all necessary grading and regarding, the construction of all sewers and water mains with their appurtenances necessary fro the proper drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1882 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
