Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue Northeast, from East Green Lake Boulevard, to East 75th Street, and East 75th Street, from 4th Avenue Northeast to 6th Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same and by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1812 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
