Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 23rd Avenue North in the City of Seattle, from East Madison Street to East Roy Street, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing concrete curbs with granite or armored concrete corners, by constructing asphalt, concrete or brick gutters, and including as a part of said work the alteration, extension, or construction of sewers, and water mains and their appurtenances, necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1776 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
