Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 2nd Avenue Northeast, 4th Avenue Northeast, and Latona Avenue, each from East 45th Street to East 50th Street; East 50th Street, from Latona Avenue on the north to the east margin of 4th Avenue Northeast; East 47th Street from 2nd Avenue Northeast to 5th Avenue Northeast; and 5th Avenue Northeast from East 45th Street to East 47th Street, all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same and by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1775 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
