Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 2nd Avenue West from West Garfield Street to West Boston Street; 1st Avenue West, from West Garfield Street to West Boston Street; West Blaine Street, West Howe Street, West Crockett Street, West Boston Street, each from Queen Anne Avenue to 3rd Avenue West; and Queen Anne Avenue from Boston Street to north margin of McGraw Street, all in the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by constructing, brick, asphalt or concrete gutters and concrete curbs with granite or armored granite corners, and including as part of said work all necessary grading and regarding, the construction, alteration of extension of concrete sidewalks, providing for the construction or reconstruction of all sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1777 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
