Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue Northwest from North 60th Street to West 58th Street; Greenwood Avenue, from North 57th Street to North 60th Street; West 58th Street, from 1st Avenue Northwest to the angle point between 1st Avenue Northwest and 3rd Avenue Northwest; North 58th Street, from Phinney Avenue to 1st Avenue Northwest; Palatine Avenue from North 58th Street to Ballard Place; North 57th Street, from Phinney Avenue to 1st Avenue Northwest; and North 59th Street, from Phinney Avenue to 1st Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle by grading, curbing and constructing concrete sidewalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1826 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
