Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue Northeast from East 50th Street to East 52nd Street; and from East 54th Street to East 56th Street; East 51st Street from Keystone Place to Latona Avenue; Lincoln Street from Keystone Place to Kensington Place; East 52nd Street from Kensington Place to Latona Avenue; East 53rd Street, East 54th Street and East 55th Street, each from Kensington Place to Latona Avenue; Kirkwood Place and Kensington Place each from Ladd Street to Lincoln Street; and Lawrence Street from Keystone Place to Kensington Place; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, and by constructing concrete sidewalks and cross walks thereon, together with necessary appurtenances for the proper drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1737 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
