Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 18th Avenue South and 19th Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Atlantic Street; 20th Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Massachusetts Street; Valentine Place from Grand Street to Atlantic Street; Massachusetts Street and State Street, each from 17th Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Holgate Street, Plum Street, Hill Street, Walker Street, College Street, Bayview Street, and Waite Street, each from 17th Avenue South to 21st Avenue South; by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1845 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
